  • Built a pragmatic Splunk adoption methodology to help customers understand their required investment to build a proper Splunk Centre of Excellence;

  • Worked with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to build customer account plans based on the MEDDPICC sales process;

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, my role at AMTRA Solutions involves ownership and execution of Microsoft 365 service development, go-to-market strategy, pre-sales and billable service delivery.

  • Provided mentorship to technical subject matter experts and architects through leadership and guidance as they engaged with clients and built technical artifacts.

  • Made solutions more accessible to executive teams and staff by working simplify complex ideas through examples and anecdotes.

  • Took personal initiative to create a pragmatic Adoption Change Management (ACM) methodology to address the struggles of end-user technology adoption.

  • Focused on better understanding human behaviour as it relates to sales and pre-sales strategies by mentally training myself to identify cognitive bias.

  • Created an alignment with all Microsoft 365 services by establishing a standard set of offerings with demonstrated value to our customers.

  • Built a go-to-market strategy for Microsoft Teams ACM to help sales build a service pipeline by identifying relevant market segments, sales narratives and pricing models.

  • Improved customers capability for digital transformation and best practices adoption of Azure IaaS Cloud by delivering on a custom developed methodology. (as developed while at PiiVOT)

The inspiration for founding PiiVOT has been to provide customers with an easy way to measure their digital transformation maturity and to identify an easy to understand, actionable roadmap for improvement.

  • Designed a methodology for measuring an organization's digital transformation maturity by using People, Process and Technology principles to guide and determine my evaluation criteria.

  • Designed and coded a tool – based on my methodology – to automate the analysis, measurement and build a roadmap with timelines of an organization's transformational maturity.

  • Used the programming languages R, Python and Git/GitHub software repositories to build data processing tools with machine learning.

  • Designed a Splunk dashboard to collect data and measure defined KPIs to monitor/visualize digital transformation progression.

  • Defined a Splunk Machine Learning model to help predict end-user experiences.

  • Self-educated on architecting Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS solution development to delivery best practice guidance for PiiVOT’s digital transformation methodology.

  • Worked to build a Cloud practice focused on enabling digital transformation and on solidifying the base for a secure network business culture founded on Identity, Network, Security and Data Management ideals.

  • Worked to establish an effective sales funnel for network/security and Cloud digital transformation engagements.

  • Worked to helped organizations achieve increased productivity and efficiencies by engaging them with end-user digital / business transformational cloud solutions.

  • Won Cloud transformational opportunities with public sector accounts by building enterprise-scale Cloud architectures in our successful RFPs responses.

  • Worked to create internal architecture career life plans (CLPs) with People Services and provided leadership through the development of long-term technology roadmaps and aligning them with CLPs.

  • Highlighted the need and designed new architectural team job classifications/roles by working with organizational practice directors.

  • Established firm vendor relationships with key technology manufacturers by creating alignment between their products/services with Long View strategic business outcomes.

  • Established trusted advisor status with public sector accounts by leading pilot engagements to help them better understand how to configure Cloud platforms to meet their requirements.
