The Maturity Framework

Maturity Analysis

Using the maturity framework we can build a gap analysis which forms the recommendations for improved end-user productivity and organizational transformation. The foundation of the People, Process and Technology analysis is based eight (8) core areas: Organizational, Operational, Governance, Platform, Identity, Network, Security and Data.

The advantage of this methodology is that it can be flexible to analyze any use case, however, I have specialized in Microsoft Azure and AWS Operational Best Practices.

Overall Transformation Maturity

By plotting data from the Maturity Analysis in quadrants, we can identify if a customer lays within the ‘ideal capability zone’. This zone represents the ideal foundational state for digital transformation. As an organization addresses its posture over time, this analysis can be rerun to highlight improvements from the initial analysis. Organizations within the same demographic and industry sector can also be compared to provide additional insight.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
